I was the victim of a Zelle scam where a scammer impersonated Bank of America and instructed me to send money to my email address, which was linked to a Chase bank account. The claim was filed with Bank of America on July 8, 2021, but I have not received a refund or any response. Do I have any legal options, and is Bank of America or Chase responsible for this scam?
