I went to court contesting a will and told the judge I want to drop the case, but my daughter, who is also contesting the will, wants to continue. What should I do? Is it over for me, and how can she continue? Additionally, if I am not a beneficiary in my mother's will but am a biological child, do I have any rights to the estate or property, and what happens if I refuse to leave the house if my step-sister, who is the executor, wants me to leave?

After a parent's death, the sibling in charge of the parent's living will sent a text giving me permission to do what I want with the parent's truck. I sold the truck, had the original title, and the truck was not in probate. Now, the sibling has filed for a title after the truck was sold and is threatening to report the truck stolen if I don’t return it. I also took care of picking up the truck from police custody and the cremation cost. I don’t feel any of this is right. What state are you in? What steps have you taken so far? Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?

If you pay $5, does it mean it's a one-time payment, or are you signing up for long-term commitments? How do you cancel the service?

I can’t get ahold of the civil division of Oregon courts in Multnomah county. None of the phone numbers work. Do any of you Oregon lawyers have updated phone numbers or email addresses? Especially for arbitration?
