I went to get my hair conditioned and was talked into a color that resulted in dark purple hair, which I explicitly did not want. Additionally, during the visit, I had lash extensions and eyebrow work done, which caused red irritation bumps on my forehead from prior Botox. I am now out of money, embarrassed, and my forehead has puffed up. I want my hair to be healthy, my money back, compensation for the damage to my forehead, and for them to pay for my Botox to be redone. What legal options do I have to achieve this outcome?

I had a painter quote me $800 for painting my common area inside, but after starting the job, he demanded $1500. I agreed on $800 verbally and have a check for that amount. He is threatening to take me to court. What should I do?

My brother is filing a petition for clemency and needs to include his master file as part of the supporting documents. The facility said he needs a lawyer to subpoena his records, which is the only way to get them. Can you help? He needs the master file by June 27.

I am new to AZ and work with a non-profit organization that assists persons with disabilities. Today, I received a General Durable Power of Attorney (POA) for one of our clients. Does this allow my attending manager to discuss medical issues with the persons listed on the POA without violating HIPAA?

Our ex-landlord has a pending sale of the home we were renting and told us we had to wait until his closing to figure out what we would get back of our security deposit. We provided our forwarding address on May 29th, and he mentioned an unpaid utility bill that will come out of the deposit. What are our options if he is already over the 21 days required by law to return the deposit, regardless of whether he is selling the home or not?
