I work as an office manager in a corporate-run dental office. I had a good evaluation in April, but recently, my district manager and head of HR came into my office and told me they felt I should be terminated for egregious behavior due to disciplining an employee too loudly. I am 57 years old and have worked all my life without a warning or mark against my name. They told me they would make a decision and come back the next day at 2 PM, but later informed me they would come at 10:30 AM the following day. I am unsure if I signed an employment agreement and am unnerved by the lack of clarity on the issue. Should I see a lawyer?

I have a condo association board giving my renters (of my owned property) a difficult time at the initial meeting to the point they may cancel this morning. Should they do so what are my remedies. Would/could this be considered 'tortious interference'? I am in South Florida which is known for its condo commandos.

How long after working on a private residence do I have to file a small claims suit? All letters of intent and notice to owners have been sent and returned receipt requested.

Can we remove the padlock from the space we were using, even though the front office agreed to our use and never sent any memo to cease our use or to get our items out immediately? Were we not afforded the courtesy of at least being informed of their intent to padlock the unit?

I am a recently divorced male in Florida. The court ordered me to make qualified payments including 6% interest amortized over 15 years as a payback agreement for my ex-wife's value in my business. Her attorney is trying to have my portion of my 401k and IRA set aside as collateral for this payback. What ERISA laws specifically prohibit this action?
