I work for Albertsons for 28 years. When I returned to work from disability, they sent me to a store that was to be divested to Haggen grocery. I feel I was sent there knowing the store would change hands and it did, working for Haggen only 4 months before they announced bankruptcy and moved out of CA. Haggen has a lawsuit pending for $1.4 billion alleging Albertsons sabotaged its operations. Do I have any rights under ADA laws that would hold Albertsons accountable for my career loss?
