My neighbor has a barn that is about 7 feet over the property line on my land. It has been there since before we purchased our house 12 years ago, and they do not intend to move it. Do I have a claim against them to move their barn off my property, and what legal actions should I consider?

In the state of Arizona, are contracts that prevent employees from getting gainful employment after leaving a company considered void? Can a U.S. company ban an employee from engaging in similar business if the employee works for a pharmaceutical firm located in Africa? Is it within the jurisdiction of the state of Arizona to take a legal case if the company in Arizona sues an employee working for a company located in Africa? If a company contract says the employee cannot engage in competitive business at any company, does it only refer to business within the United States where U.S. courts have jurisdiction? Can the contract restrict competitive business or companies outside of the United States?

I have a letter from my previous psychiatrist from 05/03/2010 stating that my dog is beneficial for my mental health treatment. The apartment complex secretary claims my dog is not a certified service dog and demands I pay a $300 fee. Is this true, and what can I do about it?

I was threatened with eviction from my apartment of 15 years by the property management company because I posted a YouTube video showing their threats and attempts to intimidate me for recording their workers. The video shows my full cooperation with repairs but also my intention to record the workers' incorrect installation of a recirc pump. The management recently handed me a written threat of eviction if I did not delete the video from YouTube. Do they have any legal basis to proceed with an eviction process for posting a video I recorded in my home with a cell phone that they were fully aware I was recording? The video is very embarrassing to the property management company, and I want to make this public to prevent future intimidation. I want to sue for emotional stress and illegal intimidation as a Disabled American Veteran. What should I do?
