If a judgment creditor obtains a charging order against my LLC (where my wife and I are the only members), and the judgment is against both of us personally, can the creditor liquidate the assets of the LLC, or is the creditor limited to receiving profits of the LLC if we vote to distribute them? Additionally, what is considered garnishable wages in WA State, given that I draw a salary as an employee of the LLC?
