If a property manager has me sign a lease with a listing broker listed on the lease, but the broker is not actually involved in the transaction, is that legal? For example, I signed a lease with Palmer House listed as the broker, but when I reached out to Palmer House, they said I’m not staying in one of their properties. When I reached out to the property manager, she said Palmer House's name was left on the lease accidentally (in three places). But this is a legal document we both signed.

I have an Asurion Appliance Plus plan and filed a refrigerator claim on September 16th, 2022. After paying a $99 deductible, they accepted my claim but couldn't find a technician in my area.
