In 2000, a surgeon implanted a pain management pump, and I have been his patient until March 2011. After being incarcerated for 12 months and released, I have been trying to get him to see me for a refill and pump replacement. Initially, his office said he was no longer seeing workman's comp cases, but I informed them I had never been a workman's comp case. They then said he refuses to see me at all.
