Additionally, how do I request answers to be locked on JustAnswer, and how can I petition my insurance company to cover an out-of-network visit at the preferred provider level for a complicated medical case?

I have been without a job for 2 months and have no income. I own no property and live with family. I have over $50,000 in credit card debt and 2 car loans which I have been paying off on time prior to my job loss. Our neighbor across the back fence periodically sets open flame large pit fires in his back yard for recreation. We have a wooden fence separating our properties and a 3 car wooden garage and storage. We live on 10th St NW in Atlanta, GA, across from Georgia Institute of Technology. We think that there is a city ordinance banning open flame fires in residential areas. Are we within our rights to demand that our neighbor stop having recreational fires in his back yard, and if so, what recourse do we have to get him to stop? The police and fire departments have been called numerous times but do nothing besides ask him to put the fire out.

The government is now seeking to avoid the transfer, claiming it was fraudulent. Is the government allowed to take the property away from me?
