If I have multiple judgments against me, can I avoid wage garnishment by setting up a payment plan with each judgment, paying the amount that would be garnished from my wages, and paying them off one at a time without involving my employer?

Can an HOA be an Association or a Corporation? What are the pros and cons of each? Where should an HOA be registered? Can an HOA be managed by one person without elections, especially if that person is the founder and owns all the properties initially? How does voting work in such a scenario, and can voting rights be unequal among lot owners? Can an HOA be managed by a third-party entity like condominium management, and how are rules determined in such cases? Is it possible to retain control over rule changes and HOA dues without giving equal voting rights to all property owners? What happens in the case of a tie vote in a small HOA, and how can ties be broken?

I recently filed an insurance claim with Asurion for my gold Samsung S7 Edge that doesn't hold a charge. They can only provide a blue phone, but I want the same color as my original phone. What can I do to get the color choice I want, and is this what insurance is for?

A sheriff went to my workplace and provided an Earnings Withholding Order to my payroll manager, stating my wages will be garnished by 25% each deposit. This is for a vehicle that was repossessed in 2008. I had a court date on 8/29/2008 but did not attend because I had moved locations, and the collectors have been mailing all paperwork to my old address. This wage garnishment form is the first time I ever heard I owed the financial company. I was 20 years old when my vehicle got repossessed, so I did not know I owed anything. Since they knew where I worked, why couldn't they send me something before garnishing my wages? Do you think I should fight this? Any type of advice will help.
