I live in Georgia and had the flu. My pharmacy filled TamiFlu for me and my 3-year-old son as a preventative measure. The pharmacist's son goes to the same daycare as my son. When I went to the daycare, the worker told me I couldn't enter because I had the flu but allowed my son in because she knew he was taking Tamiflu. I believe this violates the Privacy Act since the pharmacist shared my medical information. Am I correct, and can I sue the pharmacy for this breach of privacy?

I was sick and allowed a person without a driver's license to use my car. Police impounded my car due to a driving incident in a parking lot, as evidence for a hit and run since the driver left the scene. Now, the police will not return my car to me until I turn in the driver. What should I do?

I am a college student in Tallahassee. Last night, I was caught urinating next to my car and had a fake ID in my wallet, which could lead to a felony charge. The officer offered me a deal to bust a known drug dealer on campus to avoid the felony and jail time. I was given a ticket for disorderly conduct and a court appearance. The officer said the charge might go away if I comply with the drug dealer offer, but warned of a warrant if I don't call the officer the next morning. Is a warrant likely if I don't comply? Can I ignore the offer and deal with the misdemeanor? Could my offense be escalated back to a felony if I don't comply with the offer?
