After filing a request for Default Judgment based on the wrong case number XXXXX by the defendants, I received a letter from the Civil Clerk stating they were unable to process the request as the defendants answered the claim. Should I take this letter as the final answer, or is there something else I should do? I am inclined to restate the request; need your advice.
