My mother is trying to kick me out of the house that my father (now deceased), my mother, and I bought together and were all three on the deed. We had an agreement that I would not have to reimburse the money paid for the house, but that money would be taken out of my part of the estate that was willed to me and my sister. My mother has gone back on her word and given me a 3-day notice to move out. Somehow, my mother has taken me off the deed. What can I do?

My daughter is 18, just lost her insurance coverage under her dad, needs depression medication, and I've applied for all kinds of assistance for her but doesn't qualify because me and her step-dad's income is always included in her paperwork. We can't afford to pay full price for her medication, I've tried everything, what do I do?
