I’m being sued in small claims court in Seminole County, Florida, for a debt collection case, but I do not live in Florida and never have. The debt was established in 2013, and I have lived in Georgia since 2012. My ex-wife currently lives in Seminole County, Florida. What should I do about this lawsuit, and can I object to the court's jurisdiction over the matter?

If I got bit by a dog and it took the flesh off six inches long all the way to the bone literally on Saturday, when I got to the emergency room they gave me Tylenol and anesthesia to scrub, scrape, and clean it. On Monday, they peeled off the skin and scraped and scrubbed the wound again without putting me under, causing excruciating pain. They held me down despite my protests. What do I do?

I want to file an appeal focusing on my ex-husband's attorney committing fraud upon the court. The statute of limitations has been more than a year since I received proof of fraud. I read online that I shouldn't rely on Rule 60(b)3, but subsection (d)3. Which rule should I apply in my notice?

My landlord wants me to sign a new lease even though I've always been on a month-to-month basis with an indefinite term. Do I have to sign? I moved in 2 years ago, and they're claiming it's due to changes in the laws that made my lease invalid. I am located in Washington state, Bellingham, Whatcom county.
