I’m facing an IRS problem where they are demanding immediate payment or threatening prosecution, and I’m also being garnished 25% of my pay from Mayo. I’m in a tough spot and need advice on how to resolve this. I’m in Minnesota, have contacted Mayo and the IRS, but haven’t kept up with payments. I’m 66 years old and planning to retire in 2022, but my health is not the best.

I need to talk to an attorney about guardianship. I am in Missouri and do not want an attorney from Springfield. I have taken many steps already and want to know if I am missing out on things from the Public Administrator because my attorney has not done an entry of appearance. I still want a phone call as there are several other circumstances.
