In 2007, I obtained a loan from HBT to send my son to a drug rehab program. This year, I was asked to co-sign for another loan for my son's rehab, but I only agreed to co-sign if they could help him after evaluation. My son left the program after 24 hours, and HBT sent me loan paperwork with my son's signature and my name printed in the signature box, claiming I have to pay. What are my options?
