In 2007, I obtained a loan from HBT to send my son to a drug rehab program. This year, I was asked to co-sign for another loan for my son's rehab, but I only agreed to co-sign if they could help him after evaluation. My son left the program after 24 hours, and HBT sent me loan paperwork with my son's signature and my name printed in the signature box, claiming I have to pay. What are my options?

I received a legal judgment of $457.97 for failure to answer a written complaint by my landlord about past due rent. The judgment was entered on December 16th, but the rent was paid on December 2nd. My landlord has also provided me with a new lease to sign. I have not signed it yet. Do I have to pay the judgment?
