In 2007, I worked at FedEx Home Delivery for 3 to 4 months. A manager accused me of stalking a caller on my route in Jefferson, Oregon, which I denied. I was not allowed to face my accuser and the issue was dropped. Later, when applying for a job at FedEx Ground in Bend, Oregon, I was told I was not hired due to an issue of stalking and undependability, based on information from the Salem terminal. I contacted the hiring manager to correct this false information, but need advice on how to proceed.
