In 2016, I was reported to NRMP for violating the SOAP rules when a third party (a physician who was unaware of the rules) contacted a program on my behalf. I am under investigation and need to respond within ten days. How should I approach and answer to NRMP to mitigate the impact on my future applications and the third party involved?

I signed a lease for an apartment electronically, but the document now has the word 'void' on it. I haven't moved in due to a family medical issue, and I want to break the lease without damaging my credit. Am I still bound to the lease, and what is my next step?

I have to break a lease because 1) there is a crazy guy living downstairs, 2) the landlord and his worker have come into my apartment unannounced, and with no notice more than once, 3) the stairs have crumbled, raining cement, and all they did was patch it up with more cement, 4) mice and cockroaches, and the landlord keeps taking money and threatening me with a lawsuit for more. What are my rights and what should I do?

If I created a Facebook page with the same name as a business (not trademarked), what rights do I have to it? Does the business owner have the right to claim it, and what if the Facebook page was once used for the business and the owner (me) changes its URL, name, and content? Am I infringing on any rights with respect to the 'Likes'?

Do I need a permit to own a serval in Tennessee, specifically in Nashville Davidson County? I know they are legal but I am being told I need a permit. This is a class 3 animal. It is an exotic cat but what I read is no permit but the seller wants me to make sure. It's just a pet, no breeding.
