My husband has been questioned twice about text messages he sent to his track athletes. The district is questioning him and all his ex-athletes about him texting them. What are his rights? He is very angry as he has taught for 27 years without any accusations of inappropriate actions. The HR representative mentioned that all his athletes, both present and ex, say he is a great coach, but a text he sent during the summer is causing concern.
