I need help with identity theft. It occurred in Pennsylvania. Hackers bypassed my Apple ID, locked me out of my phone, accessed my Apple Wallet, used my credit cards, and sent money through Zelle from my Bank of America account. Bank of America holds me responsible for the Zelle transaction as it was from a previously used device. Goldman Sachs keeps charging me and reporting me as delinquent on a closed account since April 2022. What steps should I take, and which federal agencies should I report this to?

If my boss is threatening to hurt me physically on a phone conversation to another employee, can that employee legally record the conversation if my life is in danger to take to HR or police? Additionally, if I go to HR and tell them I am scared to go back to work due to him having a licensed firearm and I am in danger, do they have to remove him? And do they have to pay me for the days I missed work due to my well-being?
