In a small claims court case, I served a 3-day notice to a tenant for unpaid rent. The notice was signed by a family member over 18 years old who lives with the tenant. I'm going through a divorce and the judge is deciding whether to enforce our prenup without a hearing, using memorandums, depositions, and proposed judgements from each side. My husband lied in his proposed judgement. My lawyer seems overconfident in not needing to address it, believing the prenup will be invalidated on grounds of unconscionability. Is there a remedy for my husband's lies in the proposed judgement, and can they be called out as lies?

The commissioner questioned why a new case was filed instead of proceeding with the old one, and the IV-d attorney could not explain. Additionally, an affidavit filed in person was missing from the case records. Can you provide insight on these issues?

My home is in foreclosure proceedings, and I have enough funds to reinstate it. However, I have been asking for details on approximately $20K applied as attorneys' fees and servicing fees for the last two months, but they have not provided it. What should I do, and is there any legal maximum for the fees they can charge? The loan balance is $151K.
