Additionally, if there is a job required by the Railroad Commission worth up to $80,000, are the members still responsible for it even if the company is dissolved?

I was recently in a no-fault car accident in California, but my insurance did not cover it because I was late on my payment. I gave the police officer what I thought was my current insurance information at the time of the accident. Now, I need to fill out a form to send to the DMV. How should I fill out the insurance information on the form?

I want to get out of my apartment lease due to numerous health and safety issues, including frequent AC and water outages, strangers knocking on my door, a dead body found in a neighboring apartment, ongoing drug activity, and poor living conditions. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and my lease has a high penalty for early termination. What steps can I take to legally terminate my lease without incurring significant penalties?

If there is a court case still ongoing and the victim is putting evidence video and texting you saying they will be at the next court date and see you then, is that harassment, especially if the victim is also threatening to get my husband deported if I don't become their girlfriend?

My husband owns firearms and has a gun safe. He is currently in a psychiatric ward and will be released soon, requiring a welfare check to ensure no guns are in the house. Can I get individual safety locks for each firearm that only I have the combination to, and can they stay? If not, can I recoup the money by selling them, especially if I obtain temporary power of attorney over his estate?
