I was told by a friend that I was entitled to claim money from a program. A delivery agent (supposed government agent) informed me that I am eligible to receive $250,000 but need to pay $5,000 upfront. My friend and her neighbor claim to have received their money through this program. Is this a legitimate program or a scam?
