I signed a contract with Resort Access Network (RAN) on 2/7/2019 and paid a one-time enrollment fee of $1313.00. They promised to rent my Interval International condos to companies like Frito Lay. I was later asked to send $4639.39 to Jimmie Wright, CEO of RAN, for a renovation fee, with the promise of receiving $115,000 in 5 separate checks starting November 22. The money was wired to Wells Fargo Bank. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction and whether I will receive the promised money. Additionally, I want to know if Jimmie Wright and Sam Keating are ethical and if this is a fraudulent scheme.

My fiancé is incarcerated at the Idaho Department of Corrections. We were having a conversation through JPay, and an employee recognized the email address I was using. He took screenshots of our entire conversation and sent them to a third party outside the prison, unrelated to us. The person he sent them to was my girlfriend's husband's cell. We believe that all conversations and messages can be reviewed for unacceptable content but should not be allowed to be sent outside the prison. What type of law does this fall under, and is it criminal or civil?
