In an online school, we state in our documentation that graduates must renew their certification every two years. There is a $75 application fee for renewal, which is listed on the renewal application but not in the terms and conditions. A graduate claims she is not obligated to pay the $75 fee because it was not posted in the terms. Is this true, and can I enforce the fee despite it not being in the terms?
