In Arizona, I was convicted in 2012 for theft from an LLC telemarketing company I worked for. I was given 3 years probation which was extended 5 more years because there is still a balance owed. My probation is set to end in 2020 but due to the amount, there will still be a balance at that time. I just discovered that the LLC company was shut down by the AG a month after I settled my case in 2012 for violating the Consumer Fraud Act and the 2 owners were fined a total of $650,000. Is there a good chance the restitution I still owe would not be owed any longer?

I entered a signed contract with a Loan Company after a loan matured and a balance remained. I have paid the amount before the due date for 3 months as agreed. However, the company reported to the Credit Bureau that I missed all three payments and am behind in payments, which is inaccurate. The contract does not state anything about being late as long as payments are made as required. Do I have any recourse against this company, especially given their history of similar behavior?

Sent a legal response letter to a party and kept the word version of the letter. Authenticity is questioned regarding the sent document, and now the party demands to see the original letter. Isn't our sworn affidavit that the word version is an exact copy of the letter sent, and when it was sent via USPS enough to qualify as admissible evidence, with no evidence to the contrary and the affiant being the only competent fact witness with first-hand knowledge?

I bought a friend an Amazon gift card for $100 using my debit card, but she was charged an additional $35 fee when using it to pay her phone bill, resulting in only $65 being credited to her account. Is this legal?
