Living in Wisconsin, I originally went to court and asked for a no contact order due to harassment. Now, I would like to be able to communicate legally with this person. I went in front of a commissioner, spoke to an ADA, and asked a judge, all of whom said 'No'. Is there anything I can do? Should I hire an attorney for this?

The document includes a clause stating I can't apply for SSD and Medicare, Medicaid for 30 months, which I find suspicious.
