In family court, I want to modify several aspects of child custody. Can I request all modifications at once, and will the judge have a problem with that? Also, how can I prove contempt if my ex is not adhering to the court order regarding visitation times, and what should I ask the judge for punishment? If my ex has a lawyer, do I serve the lawyer or my ex directly, and how many days before the hearing should I serve the papers?
