In Florida, as a plaintiff in a civil claim case, I received a default final judgment with an amount. The garnishment hearing was held against the defendant, but the judge granted the defendant's claim of exemption based on her claim of having a minor. The case is now marked 'Reclosed' and 'Close supplemental' on the docket. Does this mean I lost the case and cannot garnish the defendant's wages or other assets?

I was supposed to refinance a motorcycle into my name only as per the divorce agreement, but due to financial difficulties, I am considering filing for bankruptcy. The motorcycle is in both our names, and I owe $19,000 to Harley Davidson and $1,000 to the insurance company for an accident. Harley Davidson offered me $12,000 for the motorcycle, which would leave me owing $7,000. Should I accept this offer or try to hide the bike to avoid repossession?

I need assistance with preparing an Iowa injunction and understanding civil protection order statutes in Maryland, Los Angeles, and Iowa. I am looking for legal representation, not just answers to legal questions. How can I find a suitable attorney for this matter?

I am in an apartment in Seattle, Washington, where there have been multiple break-ins and security issues. The management has not increased security despite over 50 incidents, and they have not provided an action plan. My safety is at risk, causing mental distress, and I have had to seek therapy. The lease states they are not responsible for crime on the property. My car was vandalized along with many others, and there have been multiple instances of intruders on the property. Can I break the lease without penalty due to emotional distress and endangerment, and would a doctor's letter help?
