My former employer sent out an email telling people not to have contact with me at all (even on personal time) for ‘legal reasons’. There is no legal filing against me. Are their actions legal? Is there anything I can do/file legally to get them to retract their statement?

I had my car repossessed, and I believe they had no right to take it. It's only been 13 days late, and I'm supposed to have a grace period of 15 days. I've been late before, but I switched companies so I get paid at a different time now, and I told them that. They still repossessed it. Is this a valid repossession, and what can I do about it?

We signed my mom up for hospice and she died hours later. During the intake assessment with the hospice nurse, we gave a name of a potential funeral home but we weren’t sure. The nurse assured us that we had time. After my mom died, the ICU nurse had us sign a release form leaving it blank regarding the funeral home name. We had 3 days to call security and tell them who to release her body to. The day after my mom’s death, I am getting called several times from hospice. When I finally answered around 1130, the RN said she had given the funeral home my mom’s death info. I said we never selected that funeral home. She said she would send us further info. 430pm that RN is texting me to call her as the funeral home picked up my mom and we needed to “figure out” where we want her. I had an anxiety attack to the point I was going to need to go to the hospital. The hospital security assured us they would not release the body without consent. It turns out that the hospice nurse called them to pick up her body at 815 as the funeral home sent us the transcript of the conversation. I was called at 817. The RN called the security on my behalf and her body was picked up around 11am. Before I originally spoke with the RN. After speaking with the hospice manager, she would not provide any explanation or apology. Meanwhile, we needed to contact a cremation service and make arrangements to have her picked up from that funeral home. This was a horrible experience that caused unnecessary stress during an already stressful situation. Do we have a case?

If I seek a new hearing on the 'claim for exemption and request for hearing' form, could it lead to a harsher judgment? Additionally, if the plaintiff is not seeking a continuing garnishment, does that mean they will only recover the $5,800 they have frozen from the total $11,065.62 garnishment amount, and then it will be over? Can they continue to access my accounts or seek further garnishment even after the initial judgment?

I'm looking to file for emergency custody in Florida. Where do I find forms or a template? We are separated, and I live in AL for 2.5 months, so I'm guessing AL doesn't have jurisdiction.
