In my divorce decree, my ex-husband was ordered to pay for college for my two daughters, but he has only paid $2,000 over three years, including room and board. He refuses to pay any more. How can I proceed to enforce this court order, and what can the courts do to make him pay? Additionally, my daughters' grandparents recently passed away, and he has not given them their inheritance. Do they have any right to collect, and how would they do that?

I attended Miami Jacobs Career College in 2003 for a computer engineering program in Dayton, Ohio. I was asked to leave the program because they were not getting enough students, and they said my credits wouldn't transfer if I switched to another program. Is it too late to file a claim against them, and do I have a case?

I was charged with 7 misdemeanors and 2 felonies, found not guilty of all charges, and suffered significant personal and financial damage due to false accusations by a large corporation. What kind of lawyer should I look for to handle a case like this, and is it possible to find one who would take the case on contingency?
