However, I also stated that I couldn't answer their questions or talk to them due to safety concerns. How can I argue that these posts should not be used against me in a trial?

Can attorneys help remove a shoplifting notice in Pennsylvania? I just received the notice, and it was due to a miscommunication in the store where they took a copy of my driver's license and assured no action would be taken. I signed a document stating it was a miscommunication, but I am surprised to have received the notice.

We moved from California to North Carolina and had to put our 6-year-old dog down due to kidney failure. Our previous vet in California diagnosed our dog with dehydration twice and sent us home with a saline solution, but did not test for kidney issues. Our current vet in North Carolina believes our dog had kidney issues for a while and could have been saved with early detection and a special diet. We feel our previous vet was negligent and want to know what legal steps we can take.

A woman I have been helping with bookkeeping, corporate taxes, and managing her store while she was hospitalized has been diagnosed with dementia and placed in a nursing home. I have closed her liquor store, paid some personal and business bills, and managed her finances. Her sister and sister-in-law are aware and trying to locate her will. I am unsure if my actions are legal. What should I do?
