In November, I was walking two dogs when one slipped out of its harness and bit a woman behind the knee. The dog had never shown aggression before, and the woman went to urgent care, received a tetanus shot, and my dog was quarantined. I offered to pay for any expenses, but recently received a letter from her lawyer stating she is under doctor's care. I'm in Virginia, which has the one-bite rule. What should I do next?

I renewed a Large Print subscription for Pam Brooks via my credit card, but received another renewal notice and sent a check. Now, I have verification that the credit card order went through in December. Can the check be canceled, and how should I handle the incorrect subscriber name 'Pah' instead of 'Pam'?

In a legal case, the defendants failed to provide requested photos and documents, and the court granted a summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff's claim. The plaintiff is unsure whether to argue that the court erred in granting the summary judgment due to the defendants' failure to comply with discovery and whether the court should have considered the motion under a different standard. Additionally, the plaintiff wants to know if the court's decision to grant summary judgment in favor of the individual defendant, who is also the property manager, was an error given the genuine issues of material fact regarding his duty and liability.
