Can a claim be brought against the debtor in the bankruptcy court as an adversary proceeding or as a counterclaim in an existing adversary proceeding? Additionally, what are the implications if a debtor in possession files a lawsuit in another court without permission, and what happens if the debtor's bankruptcy is converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 and the trustee deems the claims filed were frivolous and in bad faith?
