Is his brother, who is the only living relative, entitled to 1/2 of the money in the checking account? If so, is there some way this can be changed so that I get it all? There were funeral expenses. All of the money in the account came from our shared retirement fund and his social security.

Is a page swiped from a contract at the signing or possibly from the final draft presented for signing enough by itself to prove fraud? The prenup for the divorce did not have page 6, and the original lawyer's copy also had a missing page 6. The other lawyer said, 'I am not surprised, I'll have to look into that' and then stepped down and won't testify. Does the missing page alone simply prove a fraud did occur?
