The borrower asked for a 6-month extension with her payments, and the lenders agreed to re-negotiate the terms of the loan if the borrower got into financial trouble, as per the promissory note. The borrower has been diagnosed with PTSD due to the harassment, and the lenders have interfered with the borrower's business by harassing employees and clients. The lenders are now suing the borrower for money and asking for a higher interest rate. Is this legal in the State of NH?

On June 4, 2011, I was pulled over and not given proper medical attention despite being a type 1 diabetic experiencing symptoms of DKA. I was in a coma with a sugar level of 1500 due to the jail's negligence and was not provided with my insulin or proper food. I need to know if the McIntosh County Jail was negligent and irresponsible regarding my medical issues.
