If a bank was going to purchase another bank on September 30th, would the bank making the purchase review the other bank's loans before or after the purchase? Additionally, if the bank being purchased made an error in May 2015 by funding a $5250 loan twice, once by certified check and once by deposit into the same amount into the account holder's checking, and the account holder passed away in December, should the error have been found before the purchase date of September 30th?

I attended jury duty in Illinois but later realized I shouldn't have attended as I am not a US citizen. What should I do? They didn't ask me if I am a citizen or not, and I informed the selection process facilitator that I am on a visa, but she didn't care. They didn't check my ID or anything, and I feel bad that I should have informed the judge proactively. I didn't know it was only for citizens.
