My mother-in-law passed away and left her house to my minor children in her will. Her live-in boyfriend is still at the home and is refusing entry for cleaning/retrieving personal items. Does the live-in boyfriend have any right to refuse entry to the home, and how should we proceed in the state of Illinois?

I took $90,000 out of my safe IRA and transferred it into silver coins for investment shelter, but two weeks later, the investment was down 50%. I received a letter and wanted to talk to the VP, who is out of town. I am 71 years old and hope that my age and the fact that they verbally lied about the transaction can somehow reverse the transaction. What legal steps can I take to address this situation?
