Can I sue the companies that made the drugs (Prozac, Zoloft, Wellbutrin, Seroquel, Xanax, Klonopin, etc.) for not clarifying the dangers of these drugs, especially since they only address bizarre behaviors in children and young adults, and I have experienced harmful side effects such as self-harm and job loss?

I have a 5-acre property with a pipe fence built exactly on the property line, shared with a neighbor. I built the fence at my expense seven years ago without asking the neighbor for contribution. Last year, while performing maintenance on the fence on the neighbor's side, he objected, stating I should have asked for permission. What are Texas laws concerning access for fence repairs, and should the neighbor be responsible for repairs and maintenance or half the cost of the fence?

My friend was injured in an automobile accident while working at his church, which he initially reported as volunteering but was actually being paid by his company. He has since faced complications and has been unable to work. We are trying to determine if we are past the statute of limitations to bring a case against State Farm for the workman's compensation and if there is a case regarding the paid/volunteer aspect.
