I was promised a 401(k) match in my offer letter, but upon joining, I found out it's only valid for certain employees and not for my class. The company acknowledges this as a mistake but offers only an after-tax bonus instead. I'm considering leaving the company due to this financial disadvantage. I received a signing bonus through a recruiter, and my only agreement with the recruiter is to stay for 30 days, which I will fulfill. My question is, can the recruiter come back after me for the bonus if I leave the company after receiving it?

I am trying to get visitation rights to see my granddaughter. My daughter is in an abusive marriage and her husband, who is not the father of my granddaughter, controls her and prevents me from seeing her. My granddaughter has had a loving and secure relationship with me, but now I cannot see her. What family code can I use to start the visitation process?
