Last year, I was hit by a woman with no license or insurance. The police say I went through a yield sign, but on paper, she was going well over 60 mph because she flipped me over and destroyed my car. Now, she's suing me, and I live in my father's house, which I'm trying to protect as the guardian. I'm black, and she's white. I looked both ways, but she came flying out of nowhere and hit me on the right side door in the back in Wisconsin. What steps can I take to fight this, as I had insurance and followed the law, but the cops say I was at fault?
