Met my friend at a cemetery after dark to just sit and talk. Didn't see any signs that said 'no trespassing' but I was getting nervous. Are we ok? (Florida)

Can I sue my former employer, BNSF Railroad, in small claims court in Washington State for a cumulative trauma case that caused me to become disabled, including psychiatric disability under social security standards, and low back disc damage?

Several years ago, my son was mock gang raped by other male students at a boarding school. The school was informed, and some students were expelled. However, my son has since fallen into chronic depression and is struggling in life. Is it too late to do anything about it, and what are the potential legal actions we could take?

I am in collections and on SSDI/SSI. I want to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but I am afraid because I was not truthful about my income on credit card applications, stating I earn 20k annually to get cards. I am worried about what will happen to my fixed income and if SSI will find out about my fraudulent statement. What should I do?

I have an incontinence problem since having prostate cancer 2 years ago. My Atlanta Falcons season tickets are on the upper level of the Georgia Dome, which only has 2 accessible bathrooms located on the lower level, inaccessible to upper level ticket holders unless escorted. The upper level bathrooms have small stalls and are often dirty, making it difficult to change protective clothing. How can I address this issue and is it covered under building codes or ADA regulations?

My 16-year-old son had friends over drinking alcohol at our home while I was at work. The police responded to a noise complaint, took him into custody, and issued a criminal summons. His photograph, name, age, and address were published in the local newspaper with a story about the underage drinking party. I picked him up from the police station, where he was fingerprinted and photographed. I know of other similar incidents where the kids were just sent home with warnings. What rights, if any, have been violated against my son for publishing this information, and what can I do to protect him?
