My 16-year-old son has been building a Minecraft server for a company in Canada, Sweden, and Germany. They agreed to partial payments of 20% at a time, but after receiving the first 20%, they refuse to pay further and are threatening to sue him. The total deal was for $5000. They have changed payment methods multiple times and are now committing slander against him on the Minecraft marketplace. How can we address this situation legally, given that it involves international business and my son is a minor?
