My 22-year-old son signed a motor vehicle retail order agreement and GMAC lease agreement on Saturday, 1/20/07 in Cherry Hill, NJ. He learned today that in order to get insurance at the limits required in the lease, annual premiums would be in excess of $7,000, and he cannot afford insurance and the car payment. Does he have a right to cancel the contract today or tomorrow?
