My 30-year-old son with autism and non-verbal communication is terrified of doctors and does not cooperate with medical procedures, especially invasive ones like blood tests. He needs to be sedated for dental treatment, and he recently lost a filling from one of his back teeth, causing him pain. The special needs dentist he has been treated by before confirmed that he needs to have the tooth removed. However, the process of getting the cost estimate approved and scheduling the appointment has been delayed, and now he is required to be tested for Covid two days prior to the procedure, which he will not cooperate with. Additionally, no local dentists will take his case unless I pay thousands of dollars in cash. What legal options or advice do I have to resolve this situation and get my son the necessary dental treatment?

I am writing a history/memoir and want to use photos from the internet. I understand the need for permission but finding the owners of these photos is difficult. Do you have a strategy for dealing with this?

I filed a claim against my condo association council for breach of fiduciary duty, violation of covenants, negligent care and maintenance of common areas, and they are trying to dismiss the case because I am no longer a unit owner. The claim was filed while I was still a unit owner. Where do I stand legally?

We were offered an amount for our timeshare ($44,650). After sending a copy of our contract, they offered an increased amount of $58,350 due to the seller's fees which would be due by Mexico. Does this seem reasonable that the seller would pay these fees? The broker has requested our signatures on a 'Beneficiary Assignment Request' for Citibanamex and copies of Driver's Licences. Please advise.

Is the proposed divorce settlement reasonable, considering the following details: child support for each child per month is $700, totaling $1400; post-secondary educational support for college with no end date decided yet; alimony of $1300 every month until retirement from military service; 36% of military retirement; medical support; joint custody; real property to be sold with remaining funds split 50/50; other child expenses to be paid 50/50; and the couple lives in a community property state (Washington) with one spouse earning $7000 per month and the other $1056 per month from unemployment?

Would I file a motion to vacate and set aside a default judgement alone if two of us own the property or how does this work? I just found out about a default final order and judgement entered on 1/22/2021 in Dekalb County Superior Court for alleged debt of $6,900 for condo association fees, lawyer fees, etc. In addition, a judicial foreclosure has been entered on this condo owned by the person who lives there and me. I live out of state in Washington, D.C. I never received notice/statement of these fees and I was never served a Summons/Complaint for this case. What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork? The judge's office told the 2nd defendant that the court moves by Motions, only. Have you talked to a DC lawyer about this? The property is in Georgia. I want to know if I'd file a motion to vacate and set aside or a motion to set aside? What is the difference?
