My attorney won't call me back and has never met a deadline in a filing. How can I force him to do this or file a complaint against him? This is in regards to a closing statement on my father's estate, which is a very simple estate with no investments, no 401k, no property ownership, and no claims since last August. The attorney has been working on this for over 4 months, and other attorneys have said that what he needs to do shouldn't take more than a few hours.
