My boss is not your typical boss. He hires people under the table, is racist, curses and verbally abuses his employees on a daily basis, is sexist, and has made sexually harassing comments more than once to my wife, who works with me. I have eye witness accounts and recordings to back this up. He is the most awful boss in existence. Can I sue him?

I had a penis implant installed and it never worked due to some other medical problems, so I postponed redoing the surgery for several months. Now, I need to have it redone and was told I have to pay upfront. I believe I should not have to pay since the appliance was faulty and I should be compensated for the lack of function over the last year, as well as for the additional time off work and the risks of the surgery.

In describing a person as Asian in answering a question and the askee found this offensive due to the fact that he is Asian. The answer was not said with malice. Actually with a chuckle. Understanding the variables of tolerance and no slang words involved [which is not my style] I want to rebuttal the write-up @ work. My question is: Do I have a leg to stand on?

I entered the US in 2000 on a B1 visa which was for 6 months but I overstayed. I was recently detained by Border Security and released on bond. I attended the first hearing in the Immigration Court and was given time until November 2010 to get a lawyer. Due to health issues, I want to leave the US now without waiting until the next hearing date. What should I do to ensure I am not stopped or detained at the airport, and what is my next step?
