We are financially unable to pay our unsecured bills due to illness, and one of the creditors keeps calling and threatening me with a national collection agency that will garnish my wages. They have called my cell phone 25 or 30 times since August 6, 2009. What can I do to stop them?

I need information on who to talk to about getting my old felonies off my record. I have no sex crimes, robberies, or thefts, just three sale cases from the mid-80s to early 90s. I was released on 07/31/1997 and have not been in trouble since. What state are you located in? What charges were the convictions for, and were they felonies or misdemeanors?

I have a passport but Canada won't let me enter because I had a felony from 27 years ago and I don't have papers on the results. The case was rescinded or overturned because I went to probation meetings. When I went to Macomb county records, they said there was no record of a felony for Florentine Barnett. Canada wants to see the outcome of this felony. How can I do that?
