Is the Colorado Marriage Certificate valid in India? Do I need to return to India to protect myself before she files a case against me? Do I need to change my company? How long does it take to divorce? What if she extends her stay or comes to the USA again? Should I call Immigration to deport her immediately or apply for nullification or divorce after she leaves?
