My brother left his pregnant wife and had a restraining order, so he didn't see the baby when he was born. At a visitation hearing, he waived his rights. He claims he had no choice but to waive his rights, but I don't believe this. Wouldn't he have been given supervised visits? Is he lying?

I am an Indian working in the USA on an L1 Visa, married to a Russian in Italy on 28th Dec 2009. She came to the USA on a B1/B2 Tourist Visa and we registered our marriage in Denver, Colorado on 30th March 2010. She has been harassing and threatening me, demanding my Visa documents, bank details, and salary, and is unwilling to divorce. How should I proceed to nullify the marriage or apply for divorce? Is the Colorado Marriage Certificate valid in India? Do I need to return to India to protect myself before she files a case against me? Do I need to change my company? How long does it take to divorce? What if she extends her stay or comes to the USA again? Should I call Immigration to deport her immediately or apply for nullification or divorce after she leaves?

I was a Supervisor for a beach oil clean-up team, managing 19 laborers. On the third day, my boss instructed me to fire 14 of my team members and replace them with new laborers. Shortly after, I was demoted to lead foreman by the second tier contractor and fired for carrying out my boss's instructions. I've been unable to get my gate pass reinstated to return to work at the port. What are my rights and what should I do if this happens again?

Can a government agency legally require drug testing of non-safety sensitive personnel as a condition of contract renewal, especially in an office setting where there is no reasonable suspicion, no post-accident context, and the testing is not random, but rather an overall comprehensive testing of everyone?
